Employees
We can hire full time employees so that they can be in charge of maintenance and cleaning. Or we can keep working with the employees that are already there if the majority of owners are happy with them. Whatever the case is, it will be supervised by Caribbean Beach Properties, and this expense would be part of the quote.
We currently manage buildings in Playa del Carmen and Cozumel. We also manage more than 120 condos and we have 16 years of experience in property management in Quintana Roo.
