FIXED MANAGEMENT FEE

A fixed management fee covers the ongoing administration of your property, including owner support, accounting and bill-payment coordination, property oversight, routine inspections, basic maintenance coordination and organized reporting.

RENTAL MANAGEMENT FEE

A percentage of rental revenue covers the work required to successfully operate and promote your vacation rental, including listing management, reservations, guest communication, pricing strategy, marketing, check-in support and the coordination of each guest stay.

Unlike many property management companies, CBP does not add markups to vendor invoices, maintenance services, repairs, supplies or property expenses. Third-party services, purchases and account payments are passed directly to owners at their actual cost.
