On time bill payments

CBP will pay the following bills on behalf of the owner at direct cost:

  • Utility bills, including electricity, water, gas, telephone, cable, internet and television

  • Annual property taxes and municipal garbage fees. We pay early in order to get the discount granted by the municipality!

  • Any income or rental taxes related to the property if set up and requested by the owner

  • Any and all other payments requested by the owner regarding the rental property

CBP has made it a priority to work with a knowledgeable and highly respected team of lawyers. You will have at your disposal all the legal assistance you might ever need.

 

Monthly Fee

An affordable monthly fee is charged for our bill payment and accounting services, guest services, office and owner services, and basic maintenance. This fee is based on several factors, including the size, location, and needs of your specific property.

Improvements / Purchases

The purchases and services paid in your behalf are charged at direct cost.

Additional fees are charged for installing or transporting big appliances or furnishings for the property, or for supervising large remodel or improvement projects.  These fees are based on estimates pre-approved by the owner and are set on a case-by-case basis.

Supplies and Housekeeping

Guests and owners are provided purified drinking water, soaps, shampoo, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry services for towels/linens. We will only charge a fee per occupied night to cover the cost of these items. 

This fee also covers the cleaning of your property, and is based on the size of your property and the frequency of needed housekeeping.
